Rita Hicks has been a personal trainer and Pilates instructor since 2004. Her passion for fitness, and the desire to help others achieve their goals inspired her to open Team Hicks Fitness in 2013. Rita has a holistic approach to fitness and her studio represents that. Team Hicks Fitness offers classes and privates sessions that range from Boxing, Functional training, Bulgarian bag, reformer and mat Pilates.
When she’s not in the studio, Rita is practicing jiu-jitsu, sparring or teaching classes at popular gyms in the area. She thrives on continuing education and is constantly adding formats and training techniques to her skill set. Married, with four children, and the owner of her studio, Rita epitomizes the meaning of a life in motion.
